Workspace is our transaction management system. This is where agents submit their transactions for review and to receive payment after closing.
The video below outlines the process of creating a transaction.
Note that once you submit a transaction, it will be reviewed within 3 business days. Please submit the transaction at least 3 days before closing to prevent conflict.
Zipforms
Zipforms is a transaction management software. You can create and send contracts and store transactions through this platform.
Zipforms support is very responsive, so if you run into issues you can contact them here. They’ll ask which product you’re using - select ‘Transactions ZipForms’.
