We have three pre-designed email signature templates below that you can pick from. Just pick your favorite and customize it with your information using the Canva link beneath it.
If you’d like to use your own design, feel free! Please ensure that your signature complies with TREC regulations.
You are required to include the IABS and CPN forms in all professional emails. This can be done in two ways:
Include the IABS and CPN as attachments to your emails.
Add a direct link to the IABS and CPN in your email signature. If you choose this option, your link must specifically reference the IABS form AND be located above your email signature box. Adding a link to a website that includes links to your IABS and CPN is not enough to be TREC compliant. (Example text: For your convenience, copies of the TREC Information About Brokerage Services and TREC Consumer Protection Notice forms are available at the links provided.)
Digitally fillable PDF copies of the IABS and CPN are available to download from the TREC website.
